Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight Open Beta is up!

Exclusively on Gamespot, all you need to do is to register a Gamespot account (if you doesn’t have it previously), then claim your C&C4:TT Open Beta Key! After that just follow the instruction to redeem the code (you need to have an EA account for this; no worry, you can register a new one as well), then download the beta installer, and Play!


Before that, you might want to check if the system specification matches your PC:

Command & Conquer 4 Beta requires DirectX 9.0c. You can install DirectX 9.0c by following the onscreen prompts during the game’s installation process.

Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista

CPU: Any Intel Core Duo machine, AMD Athlon 3500+ or better


Disk Drive: 8X or faster DVD-ROM drive

Hard Drive: at least 10 GB of free space

Video: DirectX 9.0c compatible video card. 256 MB with Shader Model 3.0 support. NVIDIA GeForce 8800 or better, ATI Radeon HD 3850 or better

Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

Multiplayer: 2 to 10 players, network or Internet connection required (Cable, DSL, or faster connection

Internet connection required at all times.

Since it is mentioned in the last requirement that the internet connection is required all the times, so probably the open beta couldn’t be played in offline mode. Not sure whether there is an single player skirmish mode in the open beta as I am still downloading at the time of writing. If the game is good, I might write a review on it.
